What counts toward an hour-credit?
Generation time on the thinking model. Drafts and surgical edits use the fast model and are amortized at a lower rate.
Do top-ups expire?
Yes — six months from purchase (FR-132).
Can I downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Pro-rated refunds follow our Refund policy.
How does the per-seat add-on work?
Buy seats individually from workspace billing once you exceed the included quota.
