Acceptance
By creating a waxTable account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Workspaces have Owner, Admin, Member, and Viewer roles; the Owner is accountable for billing and member management.
Acceptable use
- Don't use waxTable to generate content that infringes third-party rights.
- Don't attempt to evade rate limits, run abusive scraping, or interfere with other workspaces.
- Respect the privacy of contacts you import — only upload data you have a lawful basis to process.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Hour credits and top-ups expire six months from purchase (FR-132). Refund eligibility follows our Refund policy.
Termination
You may cancel any time from billing settings. We may suspend access for material breach with reasonable notice; serious security or legal incidents may be acted on immediately.
