Subscription refunds
- Within 14 days of upgrade — full refund, pro-rated against any usage above included quotas.
- Mid-cycle downgrade — pro-rated refund for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Annual plans cancelled mid-year — refund of unused months minus a small administrative fee.
Top-up refunds
Top-up hours expire six months from purchase. Unused top-up balance is refundable within 30 days of purchase if you have not used any of it. After 30 days, top-up purchases are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email billing@waxtable.com from the email registered to your workspace owner account. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
