What we collect
We collect the data you provide when creating an account (email, name, password), the documents you generate, the contacts and templates you save, and operational logs needed to operate the service.
- Account data — email, name, language preference, time zone.
- Workspace content — documents, templates, contacts, branding profile.
- Operational telemetry — request logs, generation traces, audit events.
- Billing data — Razorpay subscription IDs, invoice records, tax IDs.
How we use your data
To provide the waxTable service, route generations to Iva, send notifications you opted into, and meet legal and compliance obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not train external models on your workspace content.
Retention
Free and Starter workspaces retain audit logs for 30 days; Professional 13 months; Business and Enterprise 7 years. Deleted accounts enter a 14-day grace period before hard deletion.
Your rights
You can request access, export, correction, or erasure of your personal data at any time via your account settings or by emailing privacy@waxtable.com. We respond within 30 days.
